This college was established in 1973 as teacher training college. Since its establishment this college has produced quality teachers, professors, administrators and successful business entrepreneurs. The college was shifted in new its building in 2010 and thereafter the new building was occupied by newly established Chaudhary Bansi Lal University Bhiwani in 2014 and the college was shifted back to the building of MNS Govt. College Bhiwani and is working from there till date.
